What credit cards are accepted?
Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

How will this order appear on my credit card?
For Visa and Mastercard, HARRISON DAILY TIM will appear on your statement.
For Discover and American Express, "ONLINE PHOTOS&CONTESTS" will appear on your statement.

Can I request a refund for for unused Deal purchases.
No, all Deal purchases are final.

Can I request a refund for unused Gift Cards I may have purchased? No, all deal purchases are final.

How does the buyer referral program work?
Some deals will offer a buyer referral program where, if you refer 4 people to buy the deal, you get your deal FREE! If a deal is eligible for buyer referral, the deal will state the referral details on the web site. The buyer referral program works with a unique link that is issued to you when you buy the deal. You share this link with your friends via email, Facebook and Twitter. Each time your friends use that link to buy the deal, that counts as a referral. You must meet the minimum number of 4 referrals to qualify for the FREE deal. A credit will be issued to you if you meet the minimum number of referrals. Note: Offer does not apply to shipping. Offer only good for one free Gift Card, per deal.

What are Today's Deals?
Today's Deals features items, on sale for a limited time only. You are buying a Gift Card for that item or service, valid at the local business that is being featured that day. You purchase Today's Deal with a few simple clicks, print your Gift Card from your computer, and you can use it as early as the next day! Each Gift Card carries an expiration date and certain restrictions, so please read the Gift Card carefully. Today's Deal is FREE to join.

How long do I have to use the deal? OR Do I have to use the deal today?
Each deal has an expiration date. Most deals are valid two to six months from date of purchase, but please read the Deal Restrictions found on the Today's Deal listing for the exact expiration date of your deal. (Conditions and expiration dates are also found on the Gift Card.)

I bought the deal. How do I get it?
You will receive an email with your order confirmation and a link to "Print Gift Card" (assuming you chose the option to "Print Gift Card Myself" when making the purchase). Click the link, print the Gift Card, and take it to the merchant to redeem before the expiration date.

I purchased the deal, but never received the deal. OR I received the deal email, but now I cannot find it.
Sometimes the deal email is marked as spam or goes into your email spam folder. Please check there first. To ensure you receive all emails from Today's Deal, add deals@mo.neighbornews.com to your allowed list. If you cannot find the email, please email dealstaff@neighbornews.com and provide your name and order number, date of purchase, or the merchant name offering the deal. We will resend the email to your email address on file.

I registered for Daily Deals, but I cannot login. How do I find my login info?
If you registered for Daily Deals by making a previous purchase, you can go to http://hdt.upickem.net/engine/LoginHelp.aspx?contestid=27388 and have your information emailed to you. If you simply signed up for the daily email subscription, this is not the same as registering for the Today's Deal. You will be asked to register for Today's Deal when you make your first purchase. Registering makes it easy to make future purchases of Today's Deal.

Is the ordering page secure and my credit card number safe?
Yes, the ordering page is secured by SSL, which means your credit card number is encrypted and never revealed to us or the featured business. We do not store your credit card number.
